These Terms govern your use of CareerGuide ("we", "us"), an AI-powered career guidance platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
CareerGuide provides AI-assisted career guidance, including a conversational AI coach, career topics, and related tools for students (Class 6–12), counsellors, and institutions. Guidance is informational and does not constitute professional, financial, or admissions advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be of an appropriate age, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the service (see our Privacy Policy regarding minors).
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated term (e.g. annually). Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details. Pricing and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase.
The platform, its content, and trademarks are owned by CareerGuide or its licensors. You retain ownership of the information you submit, and grant us a limited licence to use it to provide and improve the service.
The service is provided "as is". AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
