We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and refunds for CareerGuide subscriptions and counsellor licences.
Eligible plans include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid term.
If you were charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not made substantial use of the service, contact us for a full refund. Beyond that window, fees for the current term are generally non-refundable, as access has been provided. Counsellor/institution licences are sold on agreed terms; refund eligibility for unused seats will be assessed case-by-case.
Email support@careerguide.com with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
